A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Good to know before we begin.

Here’s how to ask a question, what stays with your Curbkite request, and where to find the service terms that apply to your business.

01 · A WAY TO REACH US

Contact help

Thinking about monthly social content? Send a new enquiry through the form and tell us a little about your business and what you have in mind. An enquiry starts a conversation; it is not a quote or a confirmed job.

If a quote is still awaiting your response, use its note field so your question stays with that quote version. For an existing enquiry, use its private reply; for an active job, reply to an open information request on the private job page. If the private page no longer offers a reply or you no longer have the link, start with the enquiry form and include enough context for the team to find the right conversation.

No public phone number, customer-facing email address, or response hours are listed here. Please use the enquiry form or the private reply path you already have.

02 · YOUR REQUEST, KEPT TOGETHER

Privacy information

Enquiries, content briefs, optional brand-reference files, quotes and their responses, and job communications are recorded with the dossier for your request. That gives Curbkite the context to respond, scope possible work, and coordinate delivery.

This page does not set a retention period or make security or legal assurances. Those details have not been provided for publication.

03 · THE PLAN FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Service and cancellation terms

Curbkite scopes monthly social-content work for each business in its quote. Your applicable scope and cancellation terms are the ones shown in that quote, alongside its deliverables, timing, exclusions, and payment details. There is no separate company-wide cancellation rule published here.

Before acceptance, a quote is a proposal. Once you accept, that exact version is the basis for your private job view and the terms that apply to that work. If you have a question or want a change before accepting, use the note on the quote; for an active job, reply to an open information request on its private page.
